Hello!

 

My name is Joy McCue aka Boobie the Illustrator - an Austin,TX based Artist / Illustrator.

I have a love for line work; putting pen to paper and then playing around with texture, patterns, negative space, and disproportion. I'm inspired by street fashion, music, pop culture, and my surroundings.

Besides my Illustration work I also do realism portraits and pet portraits. I find it incredibly rewarding seeing the joy on my customers faces when they receive my work of their loved ones.

I use a handful of different mediums in my work including, ink, acrylic paint, watercolor, gouache, wood burning, and digital.
